How often should I get my machine cleaned and serviced?
There is an annual maintenance schedule for all machines. If you are using it very often you should consider twice a year.
Why should I do annual maintenance on my machine?
The annual care and maintenance of a sewing machine helps to improve its operation. This consists of mainly doing a thorough (through and through) cleaning, re-oiling and adjustment of the internal moving parts, all of which contributes to the improvement of quality output and production, and helps ensure the safety of the user.

If you don't do the annual maintenance you are at a higher risk of permanent damage or more costly repairs including both parts and labor.
When will my machine be seen?
We run on a first come first served basis. Thus how soon your machine will be the next on our table is dependent on how many machines are in front of you in that line. We do our best to give you a time estimate of when we will look at your machine when it's dropped off.
How long does your repair service take?
Unfortunately as every machines needs are different this is a not a question with a definitive answer. Annual Maintenance that needs only a cleaning, re-oiling, and adjustment will only take a few hours once that machine is next in line. However machines with further damage or excessive cleaning needed will require many hours once they are being worked on.
